Great experience! Even without an appointment, the wait time was incredibly short. The customer service was wonderful from start to finish. Noah, in particular, was so helpful and nice throughout the entire process. Highly recommend!

I needed to take care of a relative’s flat tire. We made an appointment but arrived early. They were very busy but we were taken care of quickly. The analysis of all of the tires was spot on, with no upsell attempted. That, I appreciated the most. We were given a completion time and it ran over a bit, but no problem, pricing was great, and a clean, waiting space. I highly recommend.

I have bought several sets of tires from this place and will never do that again. After spending nearly 2k on a set of nitto grapplers 7 months ago, and the front two look like I’ve had them 5 years. I took it in today to talk to them about it, and they said that my alignment was off and that they would not honor the warranty because of the alignment. How was I supposed to know that the alignment was off? I was there for 2 1/2 hours while they were trying to figure out what they were going to do and in the end, they did nothing. The tires were under a warranty that they would not honor because they found a reason to blame to get them out of having to do anything.. terrible customer service and very misleading to have people pay these warranties and then when they come in to need help with the warranty, tell them that they can’t help them and that they would have to pay full price. I will never do business with them again. Attaching pics of front tires and back- bought the same day. When someone purchases tires and they trust the people they purchased it from, and they do not tell them the severity of making sure your car is alined properly so that you don’t void a warranty for the

Wow! Nothing about this place feels like it's a "discount". There's excellent service, friendly faces, a clean and organized shop and a tidy customer area. We were in and out in less than 45 minutes and paid a fair price. And thanks to Cole and Loyalti, you guys Rock!

Excellent store. Always helpful and professional, doesn’t try to upsell you on things you don’t need. Helped my young daughter within her budget and were honest about her options. Can’t recommend a better tire store!
